Head of Operational Excellence (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Head of Operational Excellence (m/w/d)


Main Purpose:

  • You will lead initiatives working with the internal departments to standardise processes and tools to drive consistent data outputs and efficiency
  • Develop and own the management of a data warehouse working with IT to ensure we standardise our input allowing our data to be managed affectively through any system or process
  • Lead the creation, implementation and delivery of the company training and tools providing HR and heads of departments with the analysis of the business ensuring group wide compliance
  • You will design and delivery a reporting suite that informs the business and our clients of performance and insights
  • Work with the implementation director on new client or project delivery to ensure the correct solutions are used and clear measurement can be made
  • You will lead, mentor, and develop a team that support training, reporting and system management for the group, providing continual improvement and automation whilst growing the team and helping them achieve their goals
  • You will work closely with the finance team to build commercial models/mechanisms and guidelines, providing live reporting allowing full group visibility
  • Working with the Head of Terchnology, you will support the development of the data standards for our data management and workflow solutions
  • Be part of the solutions team, designing the client requirements and manging or supporting the delivery of any continual improvement or innovation projects
  • Support internal transformation projects and lead stakeholder management to ensure goals are met
  • Be part of the bid team that supports new business activity helping create the solution and presenting to future customers
  • Create Exec level presentations and dashboards that you can showcase at board level internal and client facing

  • Great presentation skills and ability to control and manage meetings
  • Experience in print and associated services, process improvement, training, and analytics
  • Agile with a demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity, driving solutions despite complexity. A real can-do attitude
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • Experience in multi project, multi market and multi service delivery
  • Detail orientated, you will have proven global management and continuous improvement skills
  • Ability to travel when safe to do so
  • Multi language skills beneficial – English a must, German advantageous
  • Lean methodologies advantageous
