Implementation & Projects Director (Remote)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Implementation & Projects Director (Remote)


Main Purpose:

  • Lead client implementations, listening and setting expectations both internally and externally to ensure we deliver the agreed requirements, anticipating any future needs
  • Report current activity, highlighting any challenges and roadblocks, suggesting solutions for improvement, gaining stakeholder approval to allow you to deliver requirements
  • Be part of the solutions team, designing the client requirements and manging or supporting the delivery of any continual improvement or innovation projects
  • Support internal transformation projects and lead stakeholder management to ensure goals are met
  • Work with the internal teams to Identify internal process improvements or tools required to enhance the employee and/or client experience
  • Lead specific client projects which require careful project management and have multi internal and external stakeholder touch points
  • Coordinate with all departments at all levels internally and externally
  • Be part of the bid team that supports new business activity helping create the solution and presenting to future customers
  • Think out of the box and lead by example

  • Great presentation skills and ability to control and manage meetings
  • Experience in print and associated services, ensuring smooth implementation roll out
  • Agile with a demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity, driving solutions despite complexity. A real can-do attitude
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • Experience in multi project, multi market and multi service delivery
  • Detail orientated, you will have proven international project management and continuous improvement skills
  • Ability to travel when safe to do so
  • Multi language skills beneficial
  • Project management qualification such as Prince2. Learn methodologies advantageous
