For the trailer launch of The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, we were excited to support Lionsgate with the rollout of a series of striking floral installations.
When a campaign needs to appear in multiple countries, a strong creative idea is only the beginning. The real success lies in close collaboration: bringing creative, production and logistics expertise together to turn that idea into something that can be produced, packed, shipped and installed consistently across every location.
For the trailer launch of The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, the campaign centred around a series of striking floral installations designed to appear across major cities, build intrigue and create highly shareable moments for fans and passers-by.
ARIAN was excited to support Lionsgate with the rollout of these installations in key international markets and help turn the creative direction into a production-ready solution. Working closely with the teams involved, our role went beyond manufacturing: we helped develop a practical and scalable execution that preserved the visual impact of the original idea while making it suitable for production, international delivery and on-site installation.
The original large-scale Global Garden concept was bold, atmospheric and impactful, combining the iconic Mockingjay and Snake flintstriker silhouette with a rich floral environment evocative of the Teaser Poster The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping - creating a bold visual presence designed to stop people in their tracks. Our team focused on preserving this core creative intent while developing a scalable solution that could appear in numerous countries around the world. This meant considering not only the final appearance, but also the materials, structure, packing, handling and assembly process behind each installation.
To make the installation suitable for international rollout, we developed a modular structure that balanced visual impact with practical handling. Lightweight Re-board provided the main framework, while precision-printed surfaces created a clean, high-quality finish. The central Mockingjay and Snake elements were produced as slot-in acrylic silhouettes, making assembly straightforward while keeping the final look striking and consistent.
Each unit was also supplied with three interchangeable acrylic variations, giving local markets flexibility during the “teaser phase” of this campaign - while keeping the campaign look consistent.

For a campaign rollout across multiple countries, every detail needs to work together. The installations had to be visually impressive, but also practical to transport, handle and assemble across different locations, and timings needed to be carefully planned around production and delivery of outsourced elements such as the floral materials.
Design finalisation, structural engineering, print production and fabrication were carefully coordinated to ship and deliver timed to the stunt’s debut window. After design approval, the focus shifted to production and fulfilment, with every element designed with the rollout in mind. From flat-pack construction and efficient transport to simple handling and fast assembly on site, the final product helped ensure that each market could install the build efficiently while still achieving the same high-impact visual result.
For us, this project was a clear example of what strong collaboration can achieve. It was a pleasure to work with a creative partner like Lionsgate, combining their exciting campaign vision with our practical production knowledge to transform a bold creative idea into a scalable international campaign solution.
By combining the strength of the original campaign vision with a production-led approach, our team helped turn this ambitious visual concept into a scalable international rollout, delivering all elements on time across 10 countries while maintaining the impact of the original campaign vision.
Once live, the installations quickly became immediate photo opportunities in many cities, drawing in fans and pedestrians who captured, shared and recreated the experience across TikTok, Instagram and X.

At ARIAN, we understand that great campaign ideas need more than strong visuals. They need the right materials, the right production approach and the right logistics behind them to ensure they can be delivered successfully across every market.
