Your Profile:
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Several years of professional experience in customer support is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Excellent proficiency in Excel
- Ability to think analytically and commercially
- Responsible and dedicated work ethic
- Strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs
