We are looking for our headquarter:  IT Application Support Specialist (m/w/d).

 

Your area of responsibility:

  • Support, adaptation and technical development of the existing applications
  • Answering technical and application-related customer requests
  • Implement system configurations based on user requirements
  • Customer training after updates and upgrades
  • 2nd and 3rd level support activities
  • Analysis, processing and solving of requests and problems
  • Participation in current and future IT projects

Your background:

  • Completed technical training, idealy in information technology (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL) and  professional experience in a comparable role
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript…) as well as SQL & Linux
  • Customer & service-oriented thinking and acting
  • Very good German & English skills
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a networked mindset and technical understanding
